Processing & Dispatch Times

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.

All orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are processed and dispatched the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the following business day.

If you select a 1–2 day shipping service and place your order after 11:00 AM, your order will typically arrive within 1–3 business days (processing time + shipping time). Orders placed before 11:00 AM will usually arrive the next business day.

While we often continue dispatching orders until 5:30 PM, depending on workload, 11:00 AM is the guaranteed cut-off for same-day dispatch.

On rare occasions, dispatch may take up to 48 hours; however, over 99% of orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Important: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delays caused by Royal Mail are outside of our control and cannot be reimbursed.

International Shipping

Due to changes under the Windsor Framework, we are currently unable to ship to Ireland or European destinations.

We continue to monitor the situation and will update our shipping coverage if circumstances change.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@pixelptcg.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pixelptcg.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. All damage claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
