Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

Pixel Perfect TCG

Order Cancellations (In-Stock Items)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, provided a tracking number has not yet been generated.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered dispatched and cannot be cancelled. In this case, the item must be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy in order to receive a refund.

Please note: Repeated ordering and cancelling is considered abuse of our service and is a breach of our Terms. Pixel Perfect TCG reserves the right to restrict or blacklist accounts and addresses where this behaviour occurs.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return an item. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

If we are not notified within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging
  • Any product opened from its original seal cannot be returned, due to the nature of trading card products

For the avoidance of doubt: Opened trading card products are strictly non-returnable.

Any returns showing signs of use, tampering, card swapping, or counterfeit items will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items Arrived Damaged

We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges for minor cosmetic damage to external packaging, including dents, creases, or scuffs.

If you are unhappy with cosmetic damage to the outer packaging only, you may return the item for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions and remains unopened.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch
  • We cannot update addresses once an order has been shipped

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Pixel Perfect TCG cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred
  • The order may be re-shipped once postage is repurchased, or
  • A refund may be issued for the goods only (postage is non-refundable)

International Orders & Customs Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

If a delivery is refused, returned, or undelivered due to non-payment of customs charges or an incorrect address, any costs incurred by Pixel Perfect TCG in shipping and/or recovering the parcel may be deducted from any refund, at our discretion.

If the order does not return to us, no refund can be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider (posting times can vary)
  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pixelptcg.com.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if the contents are defective or damaged.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or minor cosmetic damage to external packaging.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email info@pixelptcg.com to request our return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service

Pixel Perfect TCG cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or misrouted parcels caused by courier services.
